     ZDZ-52 pirani vacuum guage can be connected to three pirani gauge, up to six relays control output, and also has analog output, serial port communication and other functions.Suitable for

medium, low vacuum measurement and control.

     Pirani gauge measurement adopts fixed temperature measurement method with high accuracy and fast response.Using full digital calibration is done without tools.Using the aluminum alloy

casing, strong and reliable, electromagnetic shielding performance, suitable for use in harsh industrial environment.
