Product Overview:
The ZDF-5212 series composite vacuum gauge is composed of a resistance unit and a hot cathode ionization unit (ZJ-12 ultra-high vacuum ionization gauge), and its measurable range extends from ultra-high vacuum to atmospheric pressure. It can be connected to one to two resistance gauges and one ionization gauge. The resistance unit adopts the constant temperature measurement method, which features high precision and a fast response. It uses a fully digital calibration method, and the calibration of the resistance gauge can be completed without the need for tools. In the automatic mode, the ionization unit can be automatically controlled to turn on and off by the resistance unit, preventing the hot cathode ionization gauge from being damaged due to being turned on in a low vacuum state.
The instrument is equipped with a high-contrast liquid crystal display screen with Chinese character display, which is clear and intuitive. It also integrates functions such as analog output, relay control, and serial communication, making it suitable for vacuum equipment with high automation requirements.
