ZDF-5212  Combine Vacuum Gauge
ZDF-5212 series composite vacuum meter consists of a pi rani unit and  ultra-highvacuum ionization gauge ( Bayard-Alpert). One to two resistance gauge and one ionization gauge. In automatic mode, the ionization unit can be automatically controlled on and closed by the resistance unit to prevent damage when the thermal cathode ionization gauge is opened in low vacuum.
The instrument uses a  highcontrast  LCD display screen, with Chinese characters display, clear and intuitive. It also integrates analog output, relay control, serial port communication and other functions, which is suitable for vacuum equipment with high automation requirements.
