It also supports the calculation of vacuum degree and display in scientific notation.The upper and lower limit alarms of each channel can be freely set, and it records and displays the latest 256 alarm messages.Each channel supports the flow accumulation function and provides various report forms such as shift reports, daily reports, monthly reports, and annual reports.
In the curve display mode, a horizontal curve or a vertical curve can be selected.
