Capacitive Film Vacuum Gauge ZDM-1D
Product Overview:
The ZDM-1D capacitive film vacuum gauge can be connected to two capacitive film gauges, control the output of up to four relay contact points, and also has functions such as analog output and serial communication. It is suitable for the measurement and control of medium and low vacuum with high precision requirements.
The ZDM-1D capacitive film gauge uses an imported ceramic film sensor, which features high precision, good repeatability, and stable physical properties. Its measurement principle can be summarized as: pressure → deformation → change in capacitance value → change in voltage. The sensor does not come into direct contact with the gas in the vacuum environment, so the measurement performance is independent of the gas composition. Compared with resistance gauges and thermocouple gauges, there is no need to consider the damage to the gauge tube caused by water vapor, oxygen, and slightly corrosive gases, making it suitable for vacuum environments with complex gas compositions.
The whole machine adopts an all-aluminum alloy casing, which is sturdy and reliable, and has good electromagnetic shielding performance, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.
